- LLRICE 62 [ English ]
A biosafety permit for LLRICE62 and all progenies derived from crosses of the product with any conventionally bred rice for direct use was issued to Bayer CropScience, Inc. on May 16, 2012. The permit is valid for five years from the date of issuance and maybe renewed for successive five year periods upon showing by the applicant that the continued propagation of the regulated article does not pose any significant risks to human health and the environment.
